A typical fantasy world that was plagued by a Demon Lord and his armies. Though the Demon Lord has been defeated, a fragile peace now settles over the land as the god of destruction and chaos seeks to take over where his minion failed.
Type: BlossomWhile the specific world the story is set in was relatively secluded from others before Blossoming, it has since come to light for the people there that there are worlds beyond their own. Thanks to Vines forming when the world blossomed, people are now able to come and go as they please, however, for the most part the residents of this world view outsiders and offworlders with suspicion. The world is heavily magic focused, with little in the way of technology beyond the level of the middle ages or renaissance era at best.
It makes for a good opportunity for outsiders to try and gain a foothold by bringing in new ideas and technologies for the people to use, once they can earn the locals' trust anyway.
And then there's Dommon... The god of chaos and destruction. Vengeful over his loss, he seeks to spread as much damage as he can across not just his world but any others within reach, with his monster armies and manipulative tendencies that may result in his becoming a problem for people elsewhere.
The other ninety-nine worlds of the cosmology of I Wanna Be A Catgirl When I Fight The 100th Demon Lord are also accessible thanks to Vines. In general, they are all fantasy worlds with generic fantasy races and varying levels of basic technology... Save for one world, which is more along the lines of modern day earth with no fantasy aspects to it.
