Overview

    This is a world that has never known the influence of humans. King Simba and Queen Nala rule the Pridelands with their daughter Kiara and her mate Kovu, who will someday succeed them when they complete their journeys in the Circle of Life. Far away, a journey of weeks without supernatural assistance, their youngest son Kion resides with his mate Queen Rani, and together they lead the animals at the Tree of Life, a mystical site in a hidden valley that encompasses all biomes, from the frozen poles to steaming jungles. It is a place of sanctuary and peace for all animals who need healing, or have nowhere else to go.
    Most animals simply want to live in harmony with nature, but where conflict threatens, the great kings of the past can empower protectors with the Roar, a mysterious power that allows the wielder to harness the elemental force of wind to aid them. It's rumored that with long study and practice, one can also master the other elemental aspects, though few in history could claim to understand it fully.
