After the events of the Sorcery Globe, an event that saw the destruction and rebirth of Expel and Energy Nede, the planet of Expel has not changed much at all. Still not an advanced world, people get by on good old fashion hard work, book study and Symbology, creating magic-like effects using Symbols. Now, as a part of the Galactic Federation, they still remain at their current technology level, but are less distrustful of outsiders now.
