The extrasolar colony of New Constantinople was not easy to reach, until the Blossoming of the world. Even then, it was tucked in an out of the way area, and so sparsely populated that Vines did not appear.

    Now a stable Vine has opened up, but the splinter colony appears deserted. Some strange fate took hold of the residents, and the first envoys sent to check in on them have vanished. There's something strange going on here, something that the Megacorporations would rather not touch.
