Overview

    In the year 200X of this world, science and technology have advanced far enough to support numerous modern conveniences. Simple automation is commonplace, including primitive AI to handle other tasks, making small helper robots common. And more, with cutting edge robotics creating beings capable of nearly independent thought, created to help humanity in difficult environments.

    Not all is pleasant, though. Robots may have been made to help humanity, but they can also be used to threaten. The infamous Doctor Wily's robots will often cause trouble, prompting some distrust among humans, and a growing divide between those who accept the advancement of robotic AI, and those who feel it is dangerous.
