Overview
An Altines Type Valkyrie shinki, sold by the Multi Moveable Systems corporation, Alty is a one foot tall helper robot; a product made for sporting amusement and household assistance. Though shinki are combat and helper robots by nature, Alty's tale is one of tragedy and misfortune. She is a quiet, kind, and devoted shinki, who was forced to fight against her will by a cruel master. Made to take part in illegal underground battles that result in the destruction of the participants, Alty's myriad illegal upgrades, and driven instinct to survive have earned her a black name for all the shinkis she's demolished in her attempt to live through her battles: The Angel of Death. But beneath the illegal mods and heavy weapons is a battered but gentle soul, rendered skittish and timid around humans and shinki alike in her desire to no longer hurt anyone.
Perks

Alty is a shinki. She is an advanced one foot tall robot made to serve as a personal assistant, housekeeper, and is fully combat capable. Shinki operate much like walking computers, and have advanced AI that give them fully fleshed out personalities, wants, desires, and emotions. She can connect to the internet, has cellular reception, and can even display web pages! Though shinki are obviously immune to organic disease, they can suffer from computer viruses, and while they may be small, they can lift weight in degrees of multiple times their own weight. Shinki do not have human needs, however they do need to recharge their batteries once a day in an act similar to sleeping in their charging cradle.
Slipway Storage: Storage space for Alty's armor, weapons, and not much else.
Alty, like most other shinki, is able to summon or dismiss her armor and weapons into a pocket dimension at an instant's notice. However this dimension can only store a shinki's armor, weapons, and extremely specialized equipment, and cannot be used for just about anything else. The only other thing she can put in her Slipway space is her favorite re-usable jelly canteen.

Alty is an Altines shinki. She was designed to be heavily armored and take a beating well.

In spite of her heavy armor, Alty is also speedy, agile, and nimble, and can fly at high speeds when her armor is equipped.
Weapon Proficiencies: Alty is extremely proficient in the use of close range weapons.
Alty can wield swords, shields, greatswords, daggers, spears, staves, and just about any melee weapon put in her hands. ... As long as it's her size of course.
Sensor Array: Highly advanced sensors give her better than human senses, IR, and night vision.
Alty is equipped with a highly advanced sensory array that gives her more keen senses than a human, and the ability to see heat signatures, and low light conditions.
Illegal Modifications: Pain suppression, damaging armor, and other dirty tricks.
Alty's master may have been cruel to her, but he gave her several dark gifts in the shinki world. With various mods and patches, and part swaps, Alty was made to be a fighting machine, in spite of her tiny size. Her armor has razor edged plating and spikes to prevent her from being grabbed or grappled, she can discharge her battery to electrify her armor for further defense. But perhaps the cruelest modification he gave her was the ability to suppress her own sensations of pain, to continue fighting regardless of damage she has suffered.
Complications
Tiny: Alty is one foot tall and has a very different perspective than most humans.
Alty severely vertically challenged. She is one foot tall. This means most of her interactions with people will find her needing to climb something to get anywhere close to eye level. She is light weight and can just be picked up, be it willingly or against her will, but conversely, this also means she can go many places where even the smallest of most normal sized people can not. The fact of the matter is that furniture to most normal people is an obstacle course for Alty at all times.
Coward: More often than not, Alty is a huge coward.
Alty is a coward. She does not like confrontation, and she most certainly does not like to fight. Due to her tortured upbringing leaving her with a lacking spine, this actually makes her easy to coerce or bully her into someone else's more desired ambitions. When sufficiently threatened, she WILL fight, but only for as long as she sees a need to do so before an opening to escape presents itself. More often than not, however, the true reason Alty prefers not to fight is not that she is afraid of others, but she suffers from a fear that she will be the one to hurt others.
Survival of the Fittest: Only the strong get their way. Alty is a battered fighter dog.
Unfortunately, due to how Alty was brought up by her master, she believes only those who can back up their words by force ever seem to get what they want. Due to abuse and being forced to destroy other shinki, she inherently believes the world to be a cruel place and that it will inevitably be crueler to her. She is skittish around humans and shinki alike, as a result, and has developed a timid and meek personality, ready to acquiesce to even the most gruelling of demands if she thinks they will benefit her or get her off some sort of hook with the person demanding them. The harsh truth is, she desperately needs an anchoring presence or two to teach her that not everyone in the world is out to abuse her in some form.
The Angel of Death: Alty has a bad reputation. She's afraid it follows her wherever she goes.
Among shinki, Alty has a black name. Among humans, she may be less known, but anyone who knows where to find illegal shinki battles will know the name of the Angel of Death. Most other shinki avoid her, and by proxy they may avoid humans around her. As a, currently, masterless shinki, it may be easy for some humans to coerce her into fighting for them, with the right application of bullying or the proper application of leverage.
Heart of a Valkyrie: Rare moments of true bravery.
In spite of her cowardice, in spite of how easy she can be to manipulate, or how she views the world to be against her, Alty does have a sense of justice. While she sees herself as a whipping girl for others, seeing someone ELSE get put through similar abuse or injustice, or when someone she has grown attached to is put in harm's way, Alty will step up to defend what she holds dear.
