Overview

A cyborg mercenary from Night City, one of the many megacities of a war-ravaged futuristic Earth, Rebecca is a foul-mouthed, and spicy spitfire with a rough-and-tumble and action-packed attitude. Skilled in cutting down gangsters with a gun as she is skilled in cutting someone down with her words, Rebecca is something of a blunt tool when it comes to a fight, but an effective tool nevertheless. She's a girl who prefers to act first and think about any consequences later, and is loyal to a fault towards the friends she does make who can stomach her overly feisty personality.

Cyborg: Enhanced vision, endurance, and strength. Mundane computer stuff + bio tracking.
Rebecca has had several cybernetic implants added to her body. She has perfect vision with her eyes and can see in low light conditions, and heat signatures with nightvision and thermal vision respectively. She has above average human stamina and endurance, and moderately boosted strength to help her wield heavy weapons. She can make phone calls, connect to the internet, her bank, and do most mundane things a computer can do with a simple thought. Her implants also monitor her health and wellbeing in the event she gets injured or damaged, she'll know what needs fixing.

Solo: Solo: Knowledge of combat tactics, alone or in a group, and danger sense.
Rebecca is what's called a solo. In basic terms she is an all-arounder mercenary, bodyguard, and hitman all combined into one. She is incredibly skilled despite her young appearance and has a knowledge of small engagement tactics, how to work with others in a combat situation, and how to survive in a firefight alone or with a friend. Coupled with this, ingrained into Becca by training and experience, is a vague danger sense. Rebecca can get a feel for when there are traps or ambushes nearby, and is generally more perceptive and quick on her feet when it comes to avoiding harm from such.

Arsenal!: Becca can use knives, guns, explosives, and other such modern day weapons
Rebecca is skilled in the use of knives, pistols, submachine guns, assault rifles, shotguns, heavy machineguns, grenades, mines, and most mundane ballistic weapons. If it is a firearm of some form, Becca can use it reliably.

Gorilla Arms: Cybernetically-enhanced arms. Increased physical strength.
Rebecca can change her hands out for a pair of augments called Gorilla Arms. These implants replace her hands with a pair of machine-like mitts that drastically increase her upper body strength, allowing her to physically assault someone with the force of an angry gorilla, or eliminate the recoil from heavy weapons.

Sharp Tongue: Zero filters and very abrasive.
Rebecca's tongue is sharper than a knife and her vocabulary puts sailors to shame. She has no filters, calls things as she sees them, and is USUALLY not polite nor tactful about it. This can be very abrasive and might not earn her favor with people very quickly. There is no diplomacy and even when it can get her in trouble, Rebecca wears her heart on her sleeve very openly and is not afraid to speak her mind to anyone in her path.

Belligerent: Hot headed, always armed, does things her own way.
Rebecca has some issues. For one, her youthful appearance can make people not take her seriously or lock her out of certain establishments unless she can prove her age, and well... She also has some serious anger problems. Her go to answer to solve most problems is to wave her guns at it until it backs down, and shoot it full of holes if it doesn't back down fast enough. She's always armed and disarming her is a challenge at best, a tense and hostile situation at worst. Rebecca goes her own way and will usually lean on violence or the threat of violence to achieve a goal.

Loyal To A Fault: Will go out of her way for those she cares about even if it kills her.
Rebecca is... Loyal. It is her most redeeming quality. If she considers someone a friend, she will go ten miles for them and then force herself to go further. To Rebecca, the crew she makes are like family to her, and if someone goes far enough to earn her trust, she will pull out all the stops for them, when they need her, no matter the cost to herself. Coming from a world where almost no one but the closest of friends can be trusted, Rebecca shows her love and friendship by sticking with the companions she makes through thick and thin, no matter how it might affect her.

Eat The Rich: Distrust of wealthy, corporate or noble types.
Night City is run by power hungry megacorporations that run the city in an iron fist of capitalism. Rebecca, on principle distrusts anyone from a powerful corporate background and by extension, dislikes anyone who is generally very well off or considered 'noble' on other worlds, because of how corpo scumbags tend to be scheming backstabbers that will cut off people who work for them at the drop of a hat. She prefers not to work for these types directly if she has to and watches her back a little more cautiously when she does have to.
