World Tree MUSH

Ice Skating Kombat!

Character Pose
Cyber Frost

ALOLA

EARLY IN THE MORNING

A large crowd of adults and children alike gathered in the streets of the city to follow up on a rather curious announcement. There's some strange pale skinned, blunette foreigner woman that claims she'll make a giant ice rink in the streets and everyone is welcome to come skate, free of charge!

Frost figured that it would be an interesting reward for Suiren and Iona after having done so well in their training, and while Frost initially offered to make it a private affair for Suiren and her family, the Pokemon trainer, with her big heart, suggested that Frost ought to do that for the public as well. Well, if anything, it gave Frost an opportunity to show off to an even greater crowd, impress people with her ice powers and her ice skating. So what if she did it with laughter and joy instead of blood and violence? She was still showing off, which is what counted to her!

After waiting for the crowd to gather, Frost designated a large area in a spacious street where the ice rink would be. To those who may not be familiar with Frost and her nature as a Cyborg, it might be strange to see her reach into her chest and pull out what appeared to be a pulsing, energy core radiating ice. Cyber Frost brought the condensed ice energy down hard on the ground, smashing it against the street and the temperature immediately began to rapidly decrease. A thick sheet of ice began spread quickly across the street, covering the pavement and even a good portion of the buildings around them until it covered roughly around a mile of radius, an ice rink large enough to have a good solid crowd of people. Hopefully everyone remembered to bring their ice skates!
Suiren
Ice skates were pretty rare to come by in Alola, fortunately, with the help of the vines and some planning ahead by both Suiren and her mom, some skates in various sizes were rented out for the day in case anyone didn't have their own. There was also a little pond not far from the spot where the skating rink was to be formed, looking like it was recently dug and filled with water. Swimming in the water is Suiren's Lapras, and atop his back, are her little sisters, twins that look like younger versions of Suiren herself.

They watch in awe, along with Suiren and the rest of the folks that came from Melemele Island, including Professor Kukui himself, with his trademark unbuttoned lab coat and no undershirt showing his rather muscled chest, and also the Island Kahuna, Hala, a large older man with white hair that certainly has a commanding presence, wearing a blue shirt and white shorts, with a yellow robe overtop. Suiren smiles and waves to Frost. "That is really... cool." She says with a giggle, pun certainly intended.
Zelda
  "Din's sake, not again."

It's a familiar sensation as Zelda steps through a Vine, and finds herself in a place that is completely beyond recognition. This inconvenient phenomena of trying to go one place and winding up somewhere completely different gets old once in a while.

All that to say, there is a young woman in commoner's riding clothes, with a voluminous hooded black robe worn over that; plain save for ornament picked out in silver thread. The robe implies something dark or cultish... once the hood's thrown back, though, it's the face of a fairly innocent-looking young woman. Certainly no one dark or cultish or necromancer-ish. Oh, and she's got pointed elfin ears.

Summer-blue eyes survey the Alolan streets, blinking somewhat blankly as she takes in the details of yet another new place.

Hm. An avenue that has evidently been turned into... an ice-skating rink...?

Well, at least Zelda looks like she's dressed for colder climates than this. She'll be fine. Right?

Slowly, she sidles around through the crowd, taking a place near the edge of the rink to watch as Cyber Frost brings it into being. No skates, but boots: Comfortable boots for walking, which also look like they're made for subarctic climates, lined with some kind of pale fur. For now she just watches, curiously.
Luke Gray
It did sound like an interestign event, even if he didn't really know how to skate. Luke really had little experience with ice pokemon, or even water ones. Of course the teen wanted to see how that massive ice rink was going to be made, plus... catch up with Suiren!. He ends up pushing around the crowd, making a beeline for his friend, and by proxy, the deadly frost cyborg.
He ends up being one of the folks staring at the pulsing energy core, and almost covered in a sheet of ice. It was so cold he reflexively released one of his pokemon, a Bewear, and tried to snuggle into the thick, fluffy thing. Given neither were familiar with how to handle ice, the attempt ended with the boy, and the fluffy giant sliding around, closer to Frost, both struggling not to fall down, including the Bewear doing a windmill/flailing arm motions to keep balance.. it'd be almost adorable if it wasn't dangerous.
C'dakhi Tia
Ice rinks? Skating? That's not something that C'dakhi's had an opportunity to do much. He'd had enough of the cold in his short time in Coerthas. Though the people there were just as cold, so that probably made things worse.

Though speaking of things getting worse... The spectacle of this clearly technological person doing... something to the streets draws the miqo'te's ears back worriedly. Technology isn't to be trusted right? So what's her ulterior motives?

He's also quick to step back from the ice when he gets too close. But it keeps spreading across the street, and so he scrambles up a nearby tree or lamp post, whichever is closer, and squints at the cold stuff spreading across the street. He peers at the stuff closely, his tail twitching in a mixture of curiosity and distrust.
Shirou Emiya
This isn't exactly Shirou's kind of place. But he knows Suiren at least to an extent, and he probably heard through some grapevine or another that something interesting was happening here today.

So, after wisely deciding to pack up his jacket and change for a much lighter shirt, he went navigating through the vines and, for once actually managed to fall into Alola *intentionally* for once.

The red-haired japanese boy moves on through the crowd, probably only getting some slight glances and peeks at the ice show built up. And it ends up being Suiren he spots before anyone else familiar, and he's quick to call out, "Ooooi, Suiren!" with a raised, waving hand. "Look, I dressed *properly* this time around. But nevermind that... I wasnt really sure what to think of when I heard there was something like this going on here." As he steps up besides the blue-haired young Pokemon Trainer, he finally gets a chance to get a good look at the ice rink formed. "In a climate like this... That's quite some-" Wait. His eye catches something now. The one responsible for most of the ice. "...thing?"

His eyes lock on Cyber Frost.

    "...Eh? ... Eh? Eeeeh?!"

With recognition comes a sudden tenseness in him, if not outright panic, and just as suddenly, he's suddenly shuffled to standing right up in front of Suiren with one arm spread out to the side in an obviously protective gesture.

    "W-what is she...?!"

    Oh, boy. He hadn't heard.
Cyber Frost

"Haha, yes, bring on the ice puns." Smirked a civilian dressed Frost when Suiren complimented her by way of making some word play. "Jokes on you though. Ice puns only increase my power! Mwahaha!!" The spikey haired blunette cackled overdramatically, hands on her hips and head thrown back in laughter. Was Cyber Frost joking about that? Probably. But then again given how she seems to genuinely gain strength whenever she's given attention, perhaps the simple act of stroking her ego is enough to increase her power level.

While Frost's objective was to give Suiren and her folks a good time, while also impress the heck out of everyone, she wasn't wholly irresonsible. Before joining in on the fun herself, she surveyed the area to make sure nothing funky was going on- being fully aware that the Tree with all its vines could bring dangerous people even to a peaceful place like Alola. Actually -specially a peaceful place like Alola, what with it looking pretty defenseless.

Frost's piercing blue eyes looked on to see the hooded figure of Zelda, suspicious at first up until she reveals her pretty face. Then she glances towards the catfolk person seemingly cowering away from the ice, she'll give that guy to get acclimated first. When Luke and his Pokemon start sliding around all over the place, Cyber Frost chuckled somewhat cruelly. As Suiren knew, Frost wasn't necessarily evil but she was not nice at all, even though she went and helped Luke and his Pokemon get back up, she was thoroughly going to enjoy showing people up with her super ice skating skills.

Ah, and last, but by no means least. Was a very special guest.

"Oh?? Well, well, well!! This is certainly a surprise!" Frost's eyes almost sparkled with delightfully sadistic joy, like a fox watching a particularly delicious hen when she set her eyes on none other than Shirou. That was someone she hadn't seen in a while, and oh look, it seemed that Shirou knew Suiren! How cute!

"Shirou! What's up, dude??" Cyber Frost effortlessly glided towards Shirou and Suiren, she had no skates herself but her feet just seemed to slide through the ice as naturally as walking or breathing. She even turned around and started skating backwards, just so that she could stand right next to Shirou and wrap an -extremely- friendly arm around his shoulders, cheeks almost pressing together. "Haven't seen you in a while, huh? You didn't text me, didn't call. I'm beginning to think you don't care about this relationship." Grinned Frost at the Japanese boy before glancing down at Suiren. "And hey, I didn't know you've met my apprentice Suiren." Even more exciting news for Shirou, Cyber Frost had gone and made innocent little Suiren her trainee!
Suiren
Suiren watches as the 'mini Suiren's' that are her sisters quickly leap off Lapras' back and rush over to the skates to find some that will fit them, Suiren's mom, who also has blue hair, only longer than Suiren or her sisters, helps the twins and soon they are off and attempting to skate. They are shakey and fall several times as they figure it out, but it doesn't seem to slow them down, as if anything could slow those girls down.

Suiren herself waves to the others from off world with a smile, calling out to Tia in particular to try to help calm the situation. "It's ok, this was all plan, and in this climate, the ice will only be around for as long as we want to keep it going. My Lapras, Kaiko will probably help with that some." She says with a smile aimed at the large water/ice type, who gives a happy call in a semi-high pitched tone before carefully using ice beam to keep the rink frozen but also not freeze any of the people skating in the process.

Suiren gives Luke a wave and lets Iona out so that she could go have fun sliding around the ice with Luke's Pokemon, and the Popplio wastes no time in doing so. "Hey, nice to see you Luke! It's been a long time." Then Shirou comes to her side and tenses up at the sight of Frost, and as Frost comes over it's clear there is something going on between the two of them. "Um, hi Shirou, yeah, Frost has been training Iona and me, we've gotten a lot stronger in a short time, it's really great."
Luke Gray
Luke appreciates the help and really... doesn't really know Frost at all, so has no context on 'evil' or 'good' the person is, beyond this event, and clearly being a friend of Suiren!. He shakily gets up, no skates on him, was not sure why he even came over!. The pokemon is very tall, and very fluffy, and lacks claws or anything that might work well for skating, but at least tries to remain upright, sobbling and greeting the Popplio as it slides out. Luke releases his other pokemon, except the fire type, that tends to be a bad idea on ice. Being quadrupeds (and a floating ghost) they fare better at the skating thing, and eventually all try to follow Suiren's pokemon lead, except Pangshi, who floats to greet Suiren!.
Luke just chuckles, "Hey Suiren, very glad to see you again..." he pauses at the talk of training. "Really?, that's great!" before pausing to see the encounter of Shirou and Frost. "I have a feeling they know eachother and it was not the best encounter."
Zelda
The Hylian lingering in the crowd keeps her gaze just about everywhere. It isn't that she seems particularly impressed by the city so much as she seems to be trying to watch everything. Either she's paranoid or she's just--oh, hey, there's Shirou, and there's their ice rink host, and... wow that's a lot of... is that machinery?

Zelda reaches up and rubs at her jaw, watching the proceedings for a brief moment. "Master Emiya." She tilts her head, and there's no disguising how aristocratic the action is, in spite of her common clothing. "We seem to run into one another with alarming regularity."
C'dakhi Tia
Shirou's sudden movement draws his attention, and C'dakhi's head dips down, his tail going still -- he looks like a cat about to pounce! And he heads over in the direction of this 'disturbance', seeking to remain up high as long as possible. Though he doesn't jump down immediately when he gets close; he waits and watches.

It's worth mentioning that his slitted pupils aren't dilated, so he doesn't actually look like he's about to murder someone. He is, however, staring at the scene with narrowed eyes.

Well, things look like they're reasonably okay. Nobody but the midlander-looking guy (that would be Shirou) seemed to be reacting this particular way, so... maybe it's a misunderstanding?

C'dakhi makes to come down from his perch, though it's to find another perch that's not quite on the ice, low enough that he can see people, and people can more easily see him. Though he doesn't actually climb down. No, he just sorta disappears from where he was in a puff of smoke, and reappears on the lower perch.

"...So, uh," he begins. "...Nothin' nefarious goin' on, I take it?" He has an almost pirate-sounding accent, but not quite. Some kind of muddled pirate/Cockney thing that's not really either one. He also sounds really damn confused!
Shirou Emiya
"Kh--!" Shirou's heels dig in while Frost comes (kind of) skating towards him and Suiren. Everything about his body language practically screams 'danger' in that instant, like he's on the edge of a fight or flight -reaction -- but seeing how he's more or less interposed himself as a barrier in front of Suiren, he might very well be leaning towards 'fight'.

But, before he can react, Cyber Frost has already launched a decisive attack in the form of...!

... A companiable arm around his shoulders?

    "...Eh?"

In spite of his internal feelings on the matter, the boy does end up gathering quite a bit of red on his cheeks just out of virtue of how *close* the blue-haired woman got. Even more so with how she decides to word her greeting to him.

"W-w-what relationship?!" he stutters out, and actually shoves his arm in against Frost's side in an effort to wriggle away from her arm.

Before he gets a chance to voice his issues on Frost further, the new revelation comes. Its the kind that makes him pause, and then look over to Suiren, back to Frost and then to Suiren again. "I... see...?" He needs to take a few seconds to process this. The few kind of seconds that give Zelda enough time to deliver her greeting before he's off on some tangent again.

Actually, maybe Zelda *is* the tangent in this case, since when he ends up directing his amber eyes to her way, he almost looks like he doesn't have the brain bandwith left to fully even recognize her in that instant. "O-oh, Sheikh, hello..." is all he ends up offering, lamely, before he returns his eyes to Frost.

And oh boy is he *frowning* at her now.

"...You're not treating her the same way, are you?"
Cyber Frost

To be fair, Cyber Frost has been rather -spectacularly- bad at upholding her alleged status as a villain. As far everyone in Alola knew she was Suiren's overly eccentric martial arts teacher, and while yes, she had beat up a few trainers and their Pokemon, it was truly nothing out of the ordinary for a rowdy place like Alola. In fact, the only one that had yet seen Cyber Frost in her true form was.. well.. Shirou.

"Hahah!! Hey, relax!" The blunette kunoichi laughed as Shirou pushed her away from the hug, enjoying how embarrassed how he looked. Even if what had happened between them was utterly heinous, Frost seemed happy not to mention it at all and just tease Shirou about it. "Oh, Shirou and I are just old buddies, that's all." She smirked her blue lips at Luke and began skating sideways, circling the group with expert ease. Her blue eyebrow arched as the catfolk person got closed and asked if everything was ok, and caused her to grin. "What are you? A cop? Hah!" She laughed again skating backwards. "Everything's perfectly fine. No funny business from me, sheesh! What's got everyone so tense?"

Frost glanced at 'Sheikh's' entrance, amused that such a beautifully regal looking woman would address Shirou so formally and skated a bit closer to them. "Wow, well look at you, Shirou. You got beautiful women following ya everywhere. Should I feel threatened?" The kunoichi snickered some more, arms crossed as she slid backwards even as Shirou gave her that frown, obviously concerned about how she was treating Suiren.

"I sure as heck, don't know what you mean! Treating her the same way as what??" Frost stuck her tongue out and then a fancy pirouette in the air, skating to the side whilst balancing herself on one leg, one arm and the other leg stretched out as she glided gracefully~.
Suiren
Suiren's sisters and her Popplio are having a blast clumsily sliding around the ice rink while mom watches them. The twins bump into Luke's Bewear and let out a squeal of glee. "Wow! First time seeing a... what was this? Sister Suiren showed us once..." One twin asks, then after a lightbulb moment the other exclaims. "Bewear! It's so soft and fluffy!" They both apparently agree, giving the large pink and black Pokemon a big hug.

Suiren quickly offers a wave of greeting to Zelda when she and Shirou exchange glances, and she is left wondering who the woman is and how Shirou knows her. But in the meantime, she smiles and shakes her head to Tia. "Shouldn't be anything like that happening, if anyone starts anything nefarious here they'll be sorry, I can tell you that." She says with a wink aimed at Luke, figuring he'd be among the first to help if things got that way. She does agree with Luke also that the relations between Shirou and Frost seem less than cordial, but since Frost has been so nice to her, she can't imagine why. She blinks at Shirou's question, eyebrow raised as confusion washes over her face. "Treating me in what way?" She gives Shirou a more dumbfounded look when Frost doesn't seem to know what he's talking about.

Kahuna Hala seems content to sit back and watch this event, though he looks quite amused that there is a skating event happening in Alola of all places, as long as everyone seemed to be having fun, he was happy to see the event from the off-world friend of Suiren's continue. Kukui on the other hand, has donned a pair of skates and is nimbly skating around the people and Pokemon on the rink, moving with speed and grace. Seems he's done this before.
Luke Gray
Luke notices Zelda and waves as well. He chuckles at the talk of nefarious. "Yeah, I am certain it might be a bad idea ot try something like that here.". For now, the teen seems happy to hang next to Suiren, small talk about recent events, and trying to keep an eye on Frost and Shirou. Meanwhile, Bewear has a fan club now!. The extremely plush bear falls on his rump, and reaches to carefully pick up the twins, resting them on its shoulders with ease, making happy noises, wagging its long tail, looks delighted!
Zelda
Once recognition dawns, 'Sheik' holds up a hand in casual acknowledgement to Shirou. She's still watching him somewhat owlishly, as though attempting to figure out just what's going on by context alone, but there's no telling. Something weird is happening here. It's just a matter of how, and why.

Shifting her weight, the Hylian folds her arms. Zelda's expression cools a bit, and she regards Cyber Frost with a quiet but direct stare. It's not the disdainful regard of offended nobility; it's the calculating and wary study of one warrior to another.

Those summer-blue eyes flick from Cyber Frost to Shirou and then back, before finally settling on Shirou. Hmm. Should she rescue the poor young man? He looks like he could use some kind of rescue. Her gaze flicks back and forth a few more times, listening. Hmm. Suiren earns an acknowledging duck of her head, but it's Shirou she eyes sidelong, as though she were considering something.

Her mouth twitches in what is almost, almost, a smile. Poor Shirou.

"Well?" Oh. Oh, no. "Are you going to introduce me to your friend, Master Emiya?" Oh. Oh, no. She's not helping him. There's no way out for Shirou. No safe exit. "You seem quite close." No escape. The ice is eyed for a moment. "A rink, hm? I used to enjoy ice skating. I'm afraid I haven't had the time for it, these days."

A glance is cast back to Cyber Frost. "Quite seriously, though, I do not believe we've been formally introduced." Zelda inclines her head, watching. "My name is Sheik."
C'dakhi Tia
Frost's words draw a blink from C'dakhi. "Wha? Me, a cop? Hardly," he scoffs. "Just all this..." He motions between Shirou and Frost, "Looked like there was gonna be trouble, is all."

The assurance from Suiren gets a nod, and he looks between her and Luke, who seems to be agreeing with her. "Aye, I understand," he offers. "Just, where I come from, ice spreadin' along the ground like that tends to be a bad thing. Usually means somebody summoned a primal."

Oh but hey, 'Sheik' has reminded him that introductions are a thing that can happen! He points a thumb at his chest. "Name's C'dakhi," he offers, with a broad grin. Of course, what he does is probably evident -- he wears a pair of daggers sheathed on his hips, and that whole 'teleporting in smoke' thing...
Shirou Emiya
"'Relax', she says..." Shirou grumbles, still with that ever-suspicious look on his features.

When the bluenette skating around and laughing menacingly(?) questions wether she should feel threatened by how friendly another woman is being with him, though? His face turns blank for roughly five seconds-- quick to be followed right after by a positively bright shade of red flushing over his cheeks. "W-w-what's that supposed to mean?! You're going to give everyone the wrong idea like that!"

And Zelda doesn't help matters at all. The first urging from her brings him to look somewhat helpolessly at her, with a mumble of "Thats..." before she makes the verbal observation of the two of them seeming to be oh so very close.

This, predictably, causes an incoherent noise of embarrassed anguish to slip up Shirou's throat. Followed further by more incoherent stumbling over his own words that delay the efforts from *him* to introduce the two to be taken over by Zelda taking the wheel for herself, so to speak. And poor Shirou is, thus, left with his shoulders slumping down in defeat.

It doesn't stop him from sending another sharp look to Frost, however. But that look? It softens considerably when his attention is drawn to Suiren's question, and he frowns almost sadly at her.

"She..." he starts, but hesitates. She seems genuinely happy for what Frost is doing. Would he really bear to tell her the truth of what happened between him and her?

"...We... got into a fight when we first met..." he eventually grumbles, akwardly rubbing his hand along the side of his neck as he does, with his head quite pointedly turning to look away from... more or less everyone. No, while he couldn't bring himself to just completely hide it, he couldn't dare to get into details right here nad now, either.
Cyber Frost

Oho! This one's a feisty one. Cyber Frost was perfectly comfortable letting things be and maybe even ease off the pressure of Shirou, at least a little bit. Using the boy as her personal chew toy was always fun, but she knew she had a responsibility to keep everyone entertained, and she even wanted to have some fun herself with Suiren and her sisters, maybe even teach them how to skate.

However, plans to ease off got momentarily put on hold when her icy blue eyes caught Zelda's own. A warrior recognizes another indeed, and just by that look alone Frost knew that she wasn't dealing with some frail Princess, but perhaps something else entirely. The fact that this 'Sheik' managed to deduce that Frost was teasing Shirou relentlessly by just reading the context and even went to play along warranted the interest of the Kunoichi.

She skated forward again, drawing closer, hands on her hips. "Oh, yeah, hardly any trouble." She mentioned to C'dakhi. "Just having a lil' fun with an old pal, ain't that right Shirou?" That grin again, that cruel grin. Oh, Frost knew that Shirou didn't have the guts to tell Suiren quite openly what Frost did when they first met. She would have denied it, and Shirou probably would have looked the villain for trying to sully her name. Still, she was feeling that she was treading on thin ice, so to speak, particularly when this 'Sheik' person suddenly took Shirou's side in her own way.

"Ah, what's a little fight between friends?" Asked Frost, trying to shrug it off as just a friendly spar, and not at all that Frost had, well, nearly ripped Shirou's arm and she also tried to drill him through the torso, not to mention.. the rest of that eventful night full of violence. For the most part, Frost seemed not to be -that- person, at least not currently, considering how happy and friendly she seemed being Suiren's teacher. "Made us get to know each other better, huh?" She smirked again.

"Sheik, hm?" Frost followed suit with C'dakhi on the introductions. She skated closer to 'Sheik' and elegantly bowed low, legs crossed, one hand behind her back. "Name's Frost. A pleasure to meet you.. Sheik." Frost extended her hand out, palm upwards, in that stance that implied that Frost intended to kiss the disguised princess' knuckles if she grasped it.
Suiren
Suiren nods to Shirou, though she gets the feeling there is more to the story than that. "I'm guessing it was more than just a fight. When I first saw Frost, she was fighting this guy's Blastoise. She punched it so hard she cracked its shell. Thank goodness there are Pokemon Centers nearby but still, that'd take some time to fully heal... She actually fought me with Iona next, and Iona did lose, but put up a good fight, though I'm sure Frost was holding back some after that first display of strength..." She explains, leaning close to attempt to give Shirou a quick hug, as he seemed like he could use some love right now.

She then gives a nod as Frost mentions getting to know each other better. "Right, after the spar, we went and had brunch, and later she met my mom and my sisters. We've been training ever since. It's been hard work, but I know my Pokemon and I will be much stronger for it, all the more ready to start challenging other trainers like my friend Luke here and taking on the Grand Trial."

She smiles and turns to look at her sisters again, the twins stretch their arms skyward now that they're riding on Bewear's shoulders, clearly having a blast the way only young children and the very young at heart can. Suiren smiles as she watches them for a moment, seeing Iona sliding along behind them, it was a rather adorable sight. She decides it's high time she joined them. "Come on everyone, let's enjoy this ice while it lasts!" She cries as she rushes over and grabs a pair of skates and starts trying to learn how to use them, she certainly looks rather wobbly as she first gets out on the ice.
Luke Gray
Luke does seem concerned about Frost and Shirou, and makes a mental note to keep his eye on him now and then, but he now hears some of the backstory. He winces at the talk of hurting a pokemon like that. "That's awful.. bewear did something like that once, but it was an accident." he mumbles. He follows... or tries, to join Shirou. "Well,if you ever want to spar someone else,i am sure my pokemon might be happy to try." he offers to Cyber frost, and points to the Bewear. IT seems to be busy playing with the twins, lifting them up and down, and carefully showing how strong it is.
Zelda
Evidently satisfied by her minor meddling, Zelda lets the young mage off the hook and her mouth twitches in a fleeting, quicksilver smile; there and gone. If one isn't looking at her while she's already doing it, they're liable to miss it. She's only messing with Shirou. Just a little bit.

The Hylian shifts her weight subtly when Cyber Frost skates closer. Although she isn't outwardly afraid, there's a guardedness about her, a wariness; a watch-and-wait stance that wouldn't be out of place in a deer poised to spring. This one is perhaps feisty, but she's also careful. Perhaps she notes the undertone of cruelty in that grin, or perhaps she's reached her own conclusions about the other woman. It's hard to say.

Zelda tips her head slightly in acknowledgement. Yes, Sheik. If she has anything to say about Frost's name, her expression remains carefully blank, but there's a light in her eyes that suggests mirth. A subtle private joke of some kind.

"A pleasure, I'm certain." Zelda offers no hand nor any appendage of hers, head tilting as though at a custom she didn't understand. "Hm?" Her arms fold. What weird gesture is that cyber-person doing? Surely this is just some kind of commone--yeah, no, she's awful at hiding her relative status in society, but at least she can simply give no information away.

"Are you from this place?" Gesturing, the Hylian pauses to hike her gloves further up her wrists. "I was not intending to travel here, but here I am, I suppose." She shakes her head. "A pleasure to meet you, but I do not believe I'll be lingering long. I have business I was interrupted from by..." Well. A gesture is cast toward the Vine she'd come from. "They have a way of happening at the most inconvenient of times and places." She's not leaving yet, but she probably won't be around for much longer before excusing herself.
C'dakhi Tia
C'dakhi nods to Frost's words of 'hardly any trouble'. "Aye, seems so. No primals here, from the looks of things," he agrees.

With the incident that got his attention seemingly settled and no further need of his presence, C'dakhi offers a salute to the group from his temple. "Right then, I'll leave you all be. Take care."

Of course he'll have to leave the scene via high-up areas, since he doesn't want to fall on his ass trying to walk on ice. At least until he gets to a part of the street that isn't iced.
Shirou Emiya
Shirou's eyes narrow at Frost again, even if he did just give a fairly avoidant answer to Suiren just seconds ago! "...Is that what you call it?" He mutters, but doesnt quite press on the matter, no.

And in turn, while Frost is distracted by Sheik/Zelda, Shirou is similarly distracted away from Frost by Suiren. The young Pokemon Trainer's speculation on what happened between him and Frost bring his mouth to a tight slit of a line, still visibly hesitating. "Look, Suiren..."

And just like that, he suddenly finds Suiren hugging him! The older teenager blinks in surprise at this at first, but then, with the faintest of smiles, brings one hand up to ruffling through her hair in a very brotherly headpat, just whispering gently to her, "Just promise me you'll be careful, okay?" before shes off to have her fun with the ice rink.
Cyber Frost

"Hmm.." Cyber Frost couldn't really hide her disappointment when Zelda didn't take her hand, for an ice based creature she seemed to be surprisingly fiery, to the point she wore all her emotions on her sleeves. She made a light clenched fist of frustration before straightening up and forcing a smile again as she spoke through clenched teeth. "Yes, the pleasure is all mine." For all her apparent annoyance at Zelda not shaking hands with her, Frost continued being perfectly cordial as she had been- particularly when Suiren came through and began speaking of all of Frost's previous accomplishments in Alola.

"Ah yes, that was a good fight." She sighed longingly as she fondly recalled cracking that Blastoise's shell. What others perhaps regarded with absolute horror, it just warmed Frost's cold heart. Frost couldn't hide at all her sadistic nature, and even now flashes of the psychotic serial killer that Shirou had met that night continued to appear- Suiren really had to be some kind of angel of mercy to put up with someone like Cyber Frost as a teacher, but it was true, little Suiren and Iona appeared to be far stronger than before. She gave a little smile as Suiren went on to say that Frost was holding back on the fight with Iona, but otherwise made no comment.

"Sure man, I'm always up for a good fight." She winked at Luke and started skating sideways again.

"No, I'm not for around here. I'm from a very, very different place." Frost responded to Sheik as she mentioned having a very busy schedule that demanded her attention elsewhere. It was clear that Frost would need to keep an eye on this one, though mostly as a person of interest. "Well, I do hope you enjoy the ice in the meanwhile Miss Sheik. Hopefully we can run into each other again." Frost wasn't sure what to think of Sheik yet, only that she seemed like an interesting individual.

The ice ninja gave another chuckle as Suiren explained how a little fight was good for everyone, those cruel eyes of hers settling on Shirou again. "Yeah, Shirou, lighten up a little will ya? It was just a little fight!" She stuck her tongue out at him before giving just a slight scowl when Suiren hugged him. Frost was.. a very jealous girl it seemed. "Hmph! She never hugs me like that." She couldn't help but pout, arms crossed, clearly at least a little upset at all the attention Shirou was getting.
Suiren
After pulling away from the hug and smiling as she fixes her bangs a bit, she gives Shirou a nod, though doesn't dare tell Shirou at this point about the fact that Frost is living with her, since if anything would come across as the opposite of 'being careful' that would certainly qualify. Starting to get the hang of skating, she makes a loop around the rink, shakey at first but starting to get better as she comes back around again.

She skates over toward Zelda, and tries to stop but ends up losing her balance and landing on her rear, bringing scarlet to her cheeks. "Oops... Anyway, I'm Suiren, and I AM from around here, and I'm glad you could come for our little ice skating event, even if it was by accident. Maybe sometime I can come to visit where you're from." She offers, then grins as Iona slides over and she scoops the Popplio into her lap.
Luke Gray
Luke grins to Cyber Frost, "Anytime, just let me know.". He offers to share contact details, seems he is native to this world, just another region of it, which might or not make it easier to contact!. He slips to try to figure out the skating thing, while leaving the twins in the paws of his Bewear, he simply moves around, trynig to 'skate' and checking that his pokemon don't get in trouble, just chilling for once.
